Yoga for Me?
If there’s one exercise recommended to make one’s abs firm, it would be yoga. Doing yoga would be one challenging thing since it would take a lot of discipline, concentration, and a lot of your time. But of course, those who have been into yoga can testify at how it has changed their lives for the better.
Back in the days, yoga has always been associated with spirituality and the Hindu culture. Now modern yoga is not much into that, but they say it brings such a beautiful sense of peace and relaxation. I am all the more curious. All I have to do is to buy a yoga mat bag, a yoga mat… and couple it with a lot of determination! I am so wanting to find out if yoga would work for me.

When I was in high school, I was good at yoga. After that, I never followed through so now I’m not as flexible as I used to be. I tried yoga again last year…I guess I need more conditioning to contort my body again hehehe….It’s now Taichi for me…less stress on my limbs
