What Ifs in Life
Just so you’d all know, I finished an engineering degree. But as you see now, I am at home, working and earning. The degree I took in college is not practiced, but I don’t have regrets. I am very much happy being able to work and earn here at home, and at the same time, I am able to personally take care of my children and witness their every milestone. But sometimes, when I look back and ponder, I would think of the so many what-ifs in life. What if I had pursued my dreams, what if I’m going to take further studies and enroll in an online engineering degree. What if this and what if that. But like what I’ve said, I have no regrets. I am contented and happy with what I have now.

Wow, Engineering! Hanep ka pala sa Math. Saludo ako sayo, sa pagiging magaling sa Matematika, lalo na sa pagiging ina. Giving up a high paying job to take care of the children is a testament of one pure L-O-V-E.
that’s great…me nmn im an architect by profession, pero ito, just embraced full time mommyhood and trying to earn at home, thru online jobs…but as a noob, i don’t earn that much compared when I was practicing my profession. But being with my kid almost all the time is priceless…: )
Congrats on the degree and don’t feel so bad about not working in the field you studied, many of my friends are not doing what they studied for.
We are pretty much in the same shoes. But as you have also said, I have no regrets!
