What I Got for Mother’s Day
I am sure most of you moms got flowers, cards, cakes, breakfast in bed and other sort of pampering gifts from your husband and children. Well, as for me, I never have gotten any of those that I have mentioned. My husband is not that thoughtful so he could not remind the kids to make me a card of something unlike Father’s Day when I tell the children to make a card for their dad.
Anyway, did I get anything for Mother’s Day? Of course I have! Aside from this wonderful personalized wordpress theme from Marz AC, I received a Mother’s Day gift from me. I awarded myself with a new digital camera! It’s been a year since I have been blogging about wanting to have a fully functional camera since ours has a broken LCD. So, from my earnings with the Sheriff, I bought myself a GE A1035 Digital Camera. It is the cheapest digital camera I found with free 2GB SD card, two rechargeable batteries, battery charge, make-up purse and camera pouch for only 4,995 pesos! It might not be my dream Nikon D5000 but at least now I have a reliable point-and-shoot digital camera!
Just this evening, I treated the whole family to dinner and bought few things for the children and the house. It’s not the usual Mother’s Day were the mom gets pampered but I guess it’s my fate and I have to be thankful for everything that comes my way. And I am also glad that I am still a healthy functional mom! Thank God! LOL!!

Hubby did not give me anything because Canon gave me everything I need na daw hahaha Got a printer and camera from Canon yesterday.
We just went to SM, brought food and went home.
It’s Mother’s Day but like you I made hubby and daughter’s day, I guess I’m happier that way.

Hi Mommy, you are one blessed mom. Cg lang bahala you were not pampered but am sure you feel some satisfaction seeing your kids very happy.
Haii wala mi nagkita sa akong anak today. Ato ya sa beach nag laag. I was at work. But at least i was able to get away the weekend so i was able to ride the bus…which was a stress reliever for me. I had a great time at CDO.

Pero nice one…. gift for yourself is really good. Sheriff gives a lot so go go go! Shop…shop..shop… mas ok shopping diha barato kesa dire mahal… hehehe

My mom is for sure was so happy with what I sent her. I live a miles away from my mom but i managed to send her a flower which she didn’t expect. I ordered a flower online and I’m so glad to know that she was so happy about it.

wowowow!!! congratz marz! you deserve it! ako walang digicam…waaah!!! since binili ako ni hubby ng SLR 2 years ago, di na kame bumili ng digicam… hirap tuloy… sana makaipon ako at ng makabili din… hehe…
dito kase march ang mother’s day, so tapos na celebration namin, though I didn’t say naman to hubby na mag away kame since hindi naman na kame mag cecelebrate dba… wahahaha!!! kaso yun nangyari… and sabi ko sayo dba, I had no plans of giving in, so ang mokong, umabsent ng Monday, wahahaha!!! at sabi nung nagutom na ng lunch time, “Mum, bati na tayo, sakit na likod ko kakatulog eh… tsaka gutom na ako” wahahaha!!!
