The Thrills and Spills of Traveling By Sea
Just this past weekend, the whole family and I traveled by sea for our journey back home. The experience was surreal. It was so mentally refreshing to be on the ship looking out into the horizon and just savoring every minute of the travel. In my excitement, I was still up and about staring out into the ocean while the rest of the family was fast asleep.
But although the whole trip was an experience I would never forget, I must admit that there was something inside me that kept reminding me not to let my guard down. After all my family and I were out there in the middle of the ocean and anything can happen to us.
I’m just glad that nothing did. I’m also glad that each member of my family is covered by life insurance when we bought our boat tickets. It somehow downplayed my fears, albeit a little bit only.

a long trip by a ship can be both relaxing and tiring. i remembered taking a 25-hour boat trip to cagayan de oro because our ship had a malfunction and we no longer had food to eat! glad ur safe and sound in CDO na mommy
