In some countries, if a customer slips on the floor of an establishment, like a grocery for instance, the management is liable for any injuries or damages caused by the slip. Here though, if you slip on the floor of a supermarket, chances are you didn’t read the warning sign that the maintenance man put up.
I guess the only solution to avoid problems like these is to use non slip flooring in business establishments or any other places frequented by people. Wala kasing kwenta mga establishment jan sa atin, at least yung iba, wala silang paki sa customer ,pag nadulas ka, parang ikaw pa may kasalanan at hindi ka nakatingin sa dinadaanan mo

wala akong magawa sa salog nga slide.. mao ang mga sandals tsinelas nga akong paliton kanang non-slip.. contra slide… hahah..
Sometimes in a they have trouble with floors in high scale department stores, when they are more concerned with image or aesthetics than customer safety.

Its a tricky problem, as if there is a sign up, I don’t think you can claim for damages. However I have almost slipped before in a cafe, and there was a sign but I saw it AFTER I slipped. Not so helpful really!
