Keeping Face Clean

Written on January 14, 2011 – 1:29 pm | by Mommy Rubz |

I have been thinking much about my friend’s predicament and her battle with acne. I think that the best recourse is to regularly have a facial in order to have a clean face. And this does not involve the washing frequently because frequent washing will also destroy the skin’s defenses against infection.

But frequently going to the derma will keep the skin in good shape. The face gets relaxed and it is cleansed deeply. Regular removal of comedones would certainly reduce the occurrence of pimples. I think that is the best acne treatment.

Additionally, I think that she needs to change her lifestyle. She needs to avoid fatty foods. She always eats fried foods as well as the fatty part of pork. She eats the fatty portions of the entire family because they avoid them. So with the reduction of her fat intake, I believe that her breakouts would also diminish.

It would also help to have a good toner in order to keep the facial oils to a minimum. Gee I never thought that there is so much to consider whenever you deal with pimples. And to think that people with pimples are ostracized so much!

  1. Acne treatments always benefit those who are suffering from extreme acne infection. People do not have to silently suffer because of those obnoxious skin blemishes for there are acne solutions and treatment to heal them. Thanks for the post. God bless you all alw Cool Chic In Love ays.

  2. You can pat your face with a clean hot face towel to bring circulation to your face and to help open and move the toxic material, in the pimple, to the surface. Avoiding as much as possible the use of cosmetics for women is an important step towards keeping her skin clean. Using hot water makes your skin dry and may damage it over time while cold water won’t melt dirt.

My sister is also battling with acne for many years. Since HS, she’s been treating her acne because it’s really disappointing when you see her face with full of bumps on face. I’m just so lucky that I have not inherit acne, especially on my father’s side. My face is very oily and I’ll tell you, I’m not fond of cleaning my face regularly just like other women do. I’m already in the mid 20s but other still perceive me as if I’m on my teenage years. My face looks so natural and plain. Smile

a good derma should also be chosen carefully. a lot of facial centers offer facial treatments but the derma just let their assistants do the facial cleaning of their patients. most of the time they were just trained for a few weeks and they are allowed to touch the patients face

Sometimes acne are cause by stress, constant late sleep and sleeping with make up. There are people too that are allergic of food, they get reaction that they didn’t realize it’s from food they ate.
