Invasive Treatment
I sometimes envy those celebs both in Hollywood and even in Philippine cinema who just seem to throw up their babies upon delivery and then just get back in shape the next time you see them on TV. I really saw wow to these women.
But not all women are as blessed. And I am sure that not all of them are either. The thing is, they can afford these invasive treatments that immediate reduce belly fat right after giving, or after a few weeks of giving birth. So let’s say, they have a function a month or two after giving birth, they are already back in shape during that time.
I can’t blame them for undergoing treatments like tummy tuck, liposuction, or those really cold treatment and hiring a nutritionist to plan their weight loss meals for them, after all, they earn from how they look and not just their talents. They have an image to maintain.
So as for me, I guess I will just have to do it the hard way—to go on a diet and to exercise. Waaaaaaa Not a very enticing thought!

That’s what money can do. I often wonder why semi retired or inactive actresses seem to gain so much weight. That’s because they no longer suppress their cravings and eat their favorite food with gusto. They are also not that inclined anymore to burn calories in gyms and at home just to reduce weight. The problem is when they are suddenly thrust again into the limelight by a comebacking film or telenobela. What people see is a bloated version of a once sultry actress. Just look at Sharon Cuneta, Karla Estrada, Janice de Belen and others just to name a few

Sana lang kayanin ko magpost ng pictures ng mga taba ko. But that’s us bloggers, right? Show the readers the truth, eh kung walang pictures, walang evidence. Haha. So I will have to swallow it up and suck it all in. Literally.
May mga non-invasive na ata na liposuction. Kung may maglilibre sa kin, why not. I badly need one. hehe

Me neither I don’t want to try this procedures. Cosmetic surgery is very optional. Although I’m not obese nor too thin, I still love my body. I just want to add some more weights. Maybe 4 to 5 lbs.
