Home Dream and Home Repairs
Having our own home for my family is my dream ever since. I want to have a permanent place to stay to watch my children grow and also for me and my husband to grow old together. But as of now, our dream to have one is far from reality as of now. We still have a lot of things to prioritize. As of now, we are living in my parent’s house for free. We only pay for our electricity and water bills. The only problem we have is that we need to adjust living with my siblings and niece.
One of my friends in America is fortunate. They were able to buy their own house earlier this year. Well, they don’t the house fully now but they have already made the down payment, move in and currently paying for the monthly mortgage.
Now, she is very busy searching online. She wants to find home warranties for their newly purchased house. She said getting one will free her and her husband from future repair problems their house will get. Home warranties can guarantee repair every time fixing is needed.
After a short while, she said she already found one. She said American Home Shield looks very promising to her. Aside from that, the company has plenty of contractors to get the home repair done immediately if you need one.
Anyway, she was happy that she has found a solution. As for me, I wish to have that kind of problem too someday. To have problems on how to find home warranties for house repairs because I already got my own home! Weeehhhh!!!

I’m sure that given the right time, your dream will be real. Sometimes it’s all about timing, right? No matter how hard we work, if the time isn’t right for us, God won’t give us what we ask for just yet.

Don’t worry dear. It’s better to save up so that your mortgage won’t be as big when you do get your own home. Large mortgages only cause families stress, and can hurt relationships.
I would like to cheer you up by sharing these encouragement poems with you. Hope you like them.
Cheers,
Anita

Well it is not only the dream of your but it is the dream of all parents to see children grow on their own home.
Someday, soon you’ll have your own house. Many couples are longing to have their own shelter for their family and it’s not impossible to make your dreams come in reality.
it’s also my dream to have our own house. even though we are not renting now, i still want to have that house we can call our own, one that is built from the fruits of our labor. someday.
That dreamm will soon come true marz, in God’s time
Being able to live with our families is actually one of the perks of being Filipino. My cousin in the US is the same – sure she has her own home, but she’ll be paying for it for the next 30-40 years of her life. What if she wants to move or she hates the house suddenly or needs to leave the place? We have those options available to us in the Philippines!
I didn’t realize that you could purchase a warrant for a home. When I get that point I will have to remember that, fixing a home can be very costly and if one thing goes wrong you will more than likely find something else while fixing it that needs attention.
same dream here marz. some day.
