Exercise Trends
Before there is just exercising in the gym. Then there was yoga. Then there was pilates. Then pole dancing. Now, there is zumba. Wow, exercise routines now have a similarity with gadgets – both release new versions rapidly. Hahaha! Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends international music with contagious steps that will surely burn those fats. When it was introduced here in our country, there were very few gyms offering classes, which was a problem to prospective students. Now, people who want to try this fitness program no need to go to the gym. You and I can already get fit at home with zumba on wii! Now, let us get physical!

Every now and then the trend of exercise has been changing because of people’s convenience. They want exercises that are less hassle yet very effective to lose weight. In today’s times, people mostly used of exercise with music. This enables them to move with the flow of the rhythm.
Exercise is part of my morning routine.. My brothers bought a treadmill a year ago and this is my medium for my exercise..
u know what? i am really interested in pole dancing. not only for fitness but as an art.
