I really like having accessories, especially those silver ones. In the past, I would go to those silver shops in the mall and just marvel at their display. Sometimes I would buy a piece or two, depending on my budget.
One time I noticed those cubic zirconia engagement rings on display. The stones were of cubic zirconia and these were set on silver. And since they were solitaires, they are really for engagement rings. I asked the sales person if there are really those who buy these close-to-diamond zirconia rings and she said yes, many people really use these as engagement rings and they would even buy silver bands as their matching wedding rings.
Wow! I always thought that diamond engagement rings were for the rich. But for those who cannot afford real diamonds, they can still buy cubic zirconia rings. If you don’t look too closely, you will really think that they are real diamonds. So what if they are not real diamonds? It is the love and respect between two people that matters. In the end, these two will make the marriage work and not the diamond ring.
