A Favorite Topic Among Girls
When girls meet up or when they are engaged in girls’ talk, the conversation mostly revolves around clothes, accessories, family, men and losing weight. Of course, it’s not particularly in that order. But weight loss is certainly a big issue among us girls, especially those who have been through childbirth. The weight gain associated with bearing a child is really something that affects most women.

Some women have the tendency to get frustrated, to the point where they lose confidence in themselves, especially after childbirth. Once they see the love handles multiplying, they begin to lose the drive to make themselves look better for their husbands and in the process, they forget to take care of their bodies. Often, they get to realize the repercussions just when it’s already too late. That, perhaps, is the reason why women love to share stories on which weight loss programs they prefer and how diets have helped them regain their self-confidence.

Yes, it’s more tolerable to see an obese male than an obese female. Somehow extra fat robs women of their natural charm and beauty since they communicate their insecurities to others. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.
